Lead Management
View, filter, and export leads captured by your AI chatbots.
Leads are captured when a user expresses intent to get more information, request a quote, or speak with someone. The chatbot detects these phrases and triggers a lead capture form:
Trigger Phrases:
When triggered, the widget displays a form collecting:
- • Name (required)
- • Email (required)
- • Phone (optional)
- • Message/Details (optional)
Leads Dashboard

| Lead Name | Name provided by the visitor |
| Client | Which client's widget captured this lead |
| Contact | Email and phone (if provided) |
| Message | Additional details from the visitor |
| Date | When the lead was captured |
Filtering & Search
Search leads by:
- • Lead name
- • Email address
- • Client name
Use the dropdown to show leads from:
- • All clients
- • A specific client
Exporting Leads
Click the "Export CSV" button to download all visible leads (respects current filters).
CSV Columns:
Client,Name,Email,Phone,Message,DateThe exported file is named: leads-YYYY-MM-DD.csv
Lead Actions
Click the email address or use the action menu to open your default email client with the lead's email pre-filled.
If a phone number is provided, click to initiate a call (on supported devices).
Webhook Integration
Configure a webhook URL in client settings to automatically send leads to external systems (CRM, email marketing, etc.).
