If you've checked the documentation and still need help:
- 1. Document the issue with screenshots if possible
- 2. Note any error messages from the browser console
- 3. Include the client ID and steps to reproduce
- 4. Reach out to the development team
Information to Include When Reporting Issues
- • Client ID: The UUID of the affected client
- • URL: Where the issue occurred
- • Browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.
- • Device: Desktop or mobile
- • Steps to reproduce: What you did before the error
- • Expected behavior: What should have happened
- • Actual behavior: What actually happened
- • Console errors: Any errors in browser developer tools
