If you've checked the documentation and still need help:

  1. 1. Document the issue with screenshots if possible
  2. 2. Note any error messages from the browser console
  3. 3. Include the client ID and steps to reproduce
  4. 4. Reach out to the development team
Information to Include When Reporting Issues
  • Client ID: The UUID of the affected client
  • URL: Where the issue occurred
  • Browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.
  • Device: Desktop or mobile
  • Steps to reproduce: What you did before the error
  • Expected behavior: What should have happened
  • Actual behavior: What actually happened
  • Console errors: Any errors in browser developer tools
